September 5, 2025: Duluth, MN 55804 The Brainerd Warriors football team scored 38 points and held the host Duluth East Greyhounds to 0 in the Warriors non-league victory on Friday.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Sauk Rapids-Rice Storm (Sauk Rapids, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 12. Brainerd will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Storm enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 60-20 league loss to Elk River (Elk River, MN).
The Greyhounds (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hermantown (Hermantown, MN). The Hawks enter the Northeast - Red challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Hermantown triumphed over Proctor/Maris Academy (Proctor, MN), 89-0, in a non-league test.
