September 5, 2025: Sandy Springs, GA 30328

In Friday's league battle, the visiting Sequoyah Chiefs football team scored a big 56-0 triumph over the Riverwood Raiders.

The Chiefs (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Sprayberry (Marietta, GA). The Yellow Jackets come into the AAAAA Region 6 match with a 4-0 record. In their last match, Sprayberry routed Pope (Marietta, GA), 49-7, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Raiders meet the Creekview Grizzlies (Canton, GA) in a AAAAA Region 6 match, on Friday, September 12. Riverwood will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Grizzlies come into the match with a 1-3 record after their 48-30 league win over Lassiter (Marietta, GA).
