Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Breese Central Cougars (Breese, IL) and the visiting Decatur Eisenhower Panthers (Decatur, IL), saw Breese Central's volleyball squad notch a victory over Decatur Eisenhower by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Breese Central improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Mascoutah (Mascoutah, IL) to encounter the Indians in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 6. The Indians go into the battle with a record of 3-0. Mascoutah won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Staunton (Staunton, IL)

The Panthers now own a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to MacArthur for a Central State Eight battle on Tuesday, September 9. Decatur Eisenhower will battle a Generals team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Rantoul (Rantoul, IL). The Generals record now stands at 1-3.
