September 6, 2025: Somerset, KY 42503 The Christian County Colonels volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Southwestern Warriors to 0 in the Colonels non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Colonels now have a 8-10 record. They play next when they travel to Corbin for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 6. Christian County will play a Redhounds team coming off a 3-0 league win over Whitley County (Williamsburg, KY). The Redhounds record now stands at 10-3.
With the loss, Southwestern drops to 1-10 on the season. The Warriors host Butler County (Morgantown, KY) to confront the Bears in a non-league game on Saturday, September 6. The Bears go into the game with a record of 2-4. Butler County lost 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Barren County (Glasgow, KY)
