California High School Flag Football - Golden Valley falls to Hughson

The Hughson Huskies flag football squad scored 31 points and limited the visiting Golden Valley Cougars to 0 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Huskies now hold a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Buhach Colony for a non-league test on Monday, September 15. Hughson will meet a Thunder squad coming off a 20-6 non-league loss to Mariposa County (Mariposa, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 7-3.

With the defeat, Golden Valley moves to 4-7 on the season. The Cougars travel to Madera (Madera, CA) to face the Coyotes in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 16. The Coyotes go into the challenge with a record of 2-8.
