September 11, 2025: Clarksville, MD 21029 River Hill Hawks (Clarksville, MD) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Long Reach Lightning (Columbia, MD), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, River Hill improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Hawks host Atholton (Columbia, MD) to meet the Raiders in a challenge on Monday, October 6. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next, the Lightning meet the Wilde Lake Wildecats (Columbia, MD) in a challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Long Reach will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
