September 11, 2025: Springfield, OR 97477 The Bend Lava Bears football squad scored 28 points and limited the host Springfield Millers to 6 in the Lava Bears non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Lava Bears now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Glencoe for a non-league test on Thursday, September 18.
With the defeat, Springfield drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Millers travel to Churchill (Eugene, OR) to meet the Lancers in a non-league test on Monday, September 22. The Lancers come into the test with a record of 0-1. Churchill lost 31-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Dallas (Dallas, OR)
