The Episcopal Maroon tipped the host Bishop Ireton Cardinals volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Maroon confront the Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA) in a ISL game, on Thursday, September 18. Episcopal will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record.

The Cardinals (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA). The Knights enter the Washington Catholic bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Bishop O'Connell nipped Bullis (Potomac, MD), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
