The L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA) football trounced the visiting Monacan Chiefs (Richmond, VA), 46-6 in Friday's league outing.

The Skyhawks now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Powhatan for a Dominion game on Friday, September 19. L.C. Bird will battle a Indians team coming off a 31-7 league loss to Midlothian (Midlothian, VA). The Indians record now stands at 2-1.
