The Lewis-Palmer Rangers football squad (Monument, CO), was trounced 61-15 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Palmer Ridge Bears (Monument, CO)

The Bears (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Longmont (Longmont, CO). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Longmont was trounced by Silver Creek (Longmont, CO), 27-14, in a non-league contest.

Next up, the Rangers encounter the Holy Family Tigers (Broomfield, CO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 19. Lewis-Palmer will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 41-26 non-league win over Roosevelt (Johnstown, CO).
