Iowa High School Volleyball - Fairfield can't get by West Liberty
September 13, 2025: Fairfield, IA 52556 West Liberty Comets (West Liberty, IA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Fairfield Trojans (Fairfield, IA), 2-1 in a non-league outing.
The Comets now have a 6-5 record. They play next when they host Alburnett for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 18.
With the loss, Fairfield drops to 9-5 on the campaign. The Trojans host Burlington (Burlington, IA) to play the Grayhounds in a Southeast game on Tuesday, September 16. The Grayhounds go into the game with a record of 1-1.
