Wisconsin High School Football - Madison Memorial can't hold off Madison West
September 20, 2025: Madison, WI 53726 Madison West Regents (Madison, WI) boosters were in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Madison Memorial Spartans (Madison, WI), 27-21 in a league battle.
With the win, Madison West advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Regents host Madison La Follette (Madison, WI) to play the Lancers in a Big Eight battle on Friday, September 26. The Lancers go into the battle with a record of 2-3. Madison La Follette lost 54-21 in their recent league match against Verona (Verona, WI)
Coming up next, the Spartans play the Madison East Purgolders (Madison, WI) in a Big Eight challenge, on Friday, September 26. Madison Memorial will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Purgolders come into the test with a 0-5 record after their 41-0 league loss to Janesville Craig (Janesville, WI).
