Marian Crusaders (Omaha, NE) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Papillion-LaVista Monarchs (Papillion, NE), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Marian advances its record to 14-3 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE) to face the Titans in a A District test on Tuesday, September 23. The Titans go into the test with a record of 12-4. Papillion-LaVista South lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ)

Next, the Monarchs play the Elkhorn South Storm (Omaha, NE) in a A District challenge, on Monday, September 22. Papillion-LaVista will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Storm come into the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Burke (Omaha, NE).
