September 22, 2022: Orange, CA 92869 The El Modena Vanguards volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting El Dorado Golden Hawks to 1 in the Vanguards non-league victory on Thursday.
The Vanguards now possess a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Fe for a non-league game on Saturday, September 24. El Modena will meet a Chiefs team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over St. Lucy's (Glendora, CA). The Chiefs record now stands at 3-1.
The Golden Hawks (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Canyon (Anaheim, CA). The Comanches enter the non-league game with a 13-1 record.
