September 22, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87114 Volcano Vista Hawks (Albuquerque, NM) fans exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they saw their football team overwhelm the visiting Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM), 37-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Hawks meet the Valley Vikings (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league test, on Monday, October 6. Volcano Vista will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record.
With the defeat, Cibola drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Cougars host Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM) to meet the Rams in a non-league test on Monday, September 29. The Rams come into the test with a record of 3-1. Rio Rancho won 46-0 in their recent non-league test against Taos (Taos, NM)
