September 23, 2024: Milan, MI 48160 Milan Big Reds (Milan, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Huron Chiefs (New Boston, MI), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Milan improves its record to 17-3 on the season. The Big Reds travel to Riverview (Riverview, MI) to encounter the Pirates in a Huron test on Wednesday, September 25. The Pirates go into the test with a record of 5-13. Riverview lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Airport (Carleton, MI)
The Chiefs now own a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Huron for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. Huron will encounter a River Rats squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Saline (Saline, MI). The River Rats record now stands at 1-6.
