Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Ridgemont Golden Gophers (Mount Victory, OH) and the visiting Upper Scioto Valley Rams (McGuffey, OH), observed Ridgemont's volleyball team top Upper Scioto Valley by a tally of 3-0.

The Golden Gophers (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hardin Northern (Dola, OH). The Polar Bears enter the Northwest Central contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Hardin Northern beat Ridgedale (Morral, OH), 3-0, in a league contest.

The Rams now own a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Temple Christian for a Northwest Central test on Thursday, September 25. Upper Scioto Valley will encounter a Pioneers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Elgin (Marion, OH). The Pioneers record now stands at 6-10.
