California High School Football - Saint Francis knocks off Serra

The Lancers now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host St. Ignatius for a contest on Thursday, September 29. Saint Francis will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 15-14 non-league loss to St. Mary's (Stockton, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
Coming up next, the Padres play the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA) in a contest, on Saturday, October 1. Serra will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Monarchs go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 28-0 league win over Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA).
