Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Farina South Central Cougars (Farina, IL) and the visiting North Clay Cardinals (Louisville, IL), observed Farina South Central's volleyball team top North Clay by a tally of 2-0.

The Cougars (6-12) will now prepare for their contest against Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City (Cowden, IL). The Bobcats enter the Egyptian Illini contest with a 5-14 record. In their last contest, Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City beat Mulberry Grove (Mulberry Grove, IL), 2-0, in a league contest.
