North Carolina High School Football - Berry overwhelmed by A.L. Brown

The A.L. Brown Wonders walloped the visiting Berry Cardinals football team by a score of 42-6 in Monday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Wonders face the Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC) in a Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A outing, on Friday, October 3. A.L. Brown will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Trojans come into the outing with a 3-2 record after their 17-13 league win over Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC).

With the defeat, Berry drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC) to clash with the Ragin' Bulls in a Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A game on Friday, October 3. The Ragin' Bulls enter the game with a record of 1-4. Hickory Ridge lost 24-10 in their recent league game against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC)
