In Friday's league game, the North Huron Warriors (Kinde, MI) football team triumphed over the host Merritt Academy Mustangs (New Haven, MI), by a tally of 48-16.

Next, the Warriors clash with the Peck Pirates (Peck, MI) in a Big Thumb - Red (8 Man) outing, on Friday, October 3. North Huron will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Pirates come into the outing with a 4-1 record after their 44-6 league win over Akron-Fairgrove (Fairgrove, MI).
