Pennsylvania High School Football - Shamokin Area triumphant over Selinsgrove

September 26, 2025: Coal Township, PA 17866

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Shamokin Area Indians (Coal Township, PA) and the visiting Selinsgrove Seals (Selinsgrove, PA), witnessed Shamokin Area's football squad wallop Selinsgrove by a tally of 57-12.

With the win, Shamokin Area advances its record to 6-0 on the season. The Indians travel to Williamsport (Williamsport, PA) to encounter the Millionaires in a Heartland I bout on Friday, October 3. The Millionaires go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Williamsport lost 67-40 in their recent league bout against Jersey Shore (Jersey Shore, PA)

The Seals now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Shikellamy for a PIAA District IV bout on Friday, October 3. Selinsgrove will encounter a Braves team coming off a 14-7 league win over Central Mountain (Mill Hall, PA). The Braves record now stands at 4-2.
