Virginia High School Basketball - Woodgrove crushes Tuscarora
January 10, 2022: Leesburg, VA 20176 Woodgrove Wolverines (Purcellville, VA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Tuscarora Huskies (Leesburg, VA), 69-39 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Woodgrove upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA) to play the Bulldogs in a Potomac bout on Wednesday, January 12. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Stone Bridge lost 48-42 in their recent non-league bout against Broad Run (Ashburn, VA)
Next up, the Huskies play the Broad Run Spartans (Ashburn, VA) in a Dulles bout, on Wednesday, January 12. Tuscarora will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 10-1 record after their 55-34 league win over Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA).
