Connecticut High School Basketball - Stamford overwhelms McMahon
January 10, 2023: Norwalk, CT 06854 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Stamford Black Knights (Stamford, CT) and the host McMahon Senators (Norwalk, CT), saw Stamford's basketball squad wallop McMahon by a tally of 51-28.
With the victory, Stamford improves its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Black Knights travel to Danbury (Danbury, CT) to confront the Hatters in a Fairfield County challenge on Thursday, January 12. The Hatters come into the challenge with a record of 2-6. Danbury lost 43-28 in their recent league challenge against Trumbull (Trumbull, CT)
Next up, the Senators confront the Westhill Vikings (Stamford, CT) in a Fairfield County challenge, on Friday, January 13. McMahon will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 51-36 non-league loss to Bassick (Bridgeport, CT).
