The Fort Mill Yellow Jackets basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Blythewood Bengals to 48 in the Yellow Jackets league triumph on Wednesday.

The Yellow Jackets now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rock Hill for a AAAAA Region 3 contest on Friday, January 12. Fort Mill will meet a Bearcats team coming off a 49-47 league win over Spring Valley (Columbia, SC). The Bearcats record now stands at 6-11.

The Bengals (12-5) will now prepare for their contest against Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC). The Falcons enter the AAAAA Region 3 contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Nation Ford was defeated by Clover (Clover, SC), 65-41, in a league contest.
