Massachusetts High School Basketball - Chelsea holds off Brighton/Boston Academy
January 10, 2025: Chelsea, MA 02150 The Chelsea Red Devils basketball team scored 76 points and limited the visiting Brighton/Boston Academy Bengals to 71 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Friday.
The Red Devils now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Medford for a Greater Boston game on Tuesday, January 14. Chelsea will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 62-46 league loss to Lynn Classical (Lynn, MA). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Brighton/Boston Academy falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Bengals host New Mission (Boston, MA) to confront the Titans in a non-league game on Monday, January 13. The Titans go into the game with a record of 6-2. New Mission won 53-30 in their recent non-league game against Neighborhood House Charter (Dorchester, MA)
