The Woodson Warriors basketball squad (Washington, DC), was crushed 55-22 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Coolidge Colts (Washington, DC)

With the victory, Coolidge advances its record to 11-4 on the year. The Colts host Bard (Washington, DC) to meet the Falcons in a DCIAA battle on Monday, January 13. The Falcons enter the battle with a record of 6-6.

The Warriors now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jackson-Reed for a DCSAA AA battle on Monday, January 13. Woodson will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 69-55 non-league loss to DeMatha (Hyattsville, MD). The Tigers record now stands at 10-5.
