In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Delta Huskies ice hockey team scored a close 6-3 triumph over the Monroe Catholic Rams.

The Huskies (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against North Pole (North Pole, AK). The Patriots come into the Aurora contest with a 15-1 record. In their last contest, North Pole held off Lathrop (Fairbanks, AK), 9-0, in a non-league game.

The Rams now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Houston for a Northern Lights game on Thursday, January 15. Monroe Catholic will clash with a Hawks squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Colony (Palmer, AK). The Hawks record now stands at 10-4.
