Maryland High School Basketball - Huntingtown falls to Westlake
January 12, 2024: Waldorf, MD 20603 In Friday's league match, the host Westlake Wolverines basketball team scored a good 66-48 triumph over the Huntingtown Hurricanes.
In their next game, the Wolverines meet the Patuxent Panthers (Lusby, MD) in a Southern Maryland match, on Wednesday, January 17. Westlake will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 75-52 league loss to Northern (Owings, MD).
Next up, the Hurricanes play the Thomas Stone Cougars (Waldorf, MD) in a Southern Maryland challenge, on Wednesday, January 17. Huntingtown will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 57-56 league loss to McDonough (Pomfret, MD).
