The Red Land Patriots (Lewisberry, PA) basketball nipped the host Mifflin County Huskies (Lewistown, PA), 48-42 in Friday's league test.

The Patriots (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Lower Dauphin (Hummelstown, PA). The Falcons go into the Mid-Penn - Keystone test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Lower Dauphin got by Cedar Cliff (Camp Hill, PA), 56-46, in a league test.

The Huskies now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Palmyra for a Mid-Penn - Keystone test on Wednesday, January 17.
