Andover Huskies (Andover, MN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Centennial Cougars (Circle Pines, MN), 68-52 in a league bout.

With the win, Andover upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Huskies host Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 15. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Lakeville South lost 80-70 in their recent non-league bout against Shakopee (Shakopee, MN)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Park Center Pirates (Brooklyn Park, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 18. Centennial will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record.
