The Goldsboro Cougars bounced the visiting Princeton Bulldogs basketball squad by a final score of 71-11 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Cougars face the Spring Creek Gators (Seven Springs, NC) in a Swine Valley 2A/3A outing, on Friday, January 16. Goldsboro will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record. The Gators go into the outing with a 1-12 record after their 62-12 league loss to Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC).
