Colorado High School Ice Hockey - Liberty defeated by Summit
January 14, 2022: Frisco, CO 80443 Summit Tigers (Frisco, CO) followers left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the visiting Liberty Lancers (Colorado Springs, CO), 6-3 in a non-league match.
The Tigers (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Standley Lake (Westminster, CO). The Gators enter the non-league match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Standley Lake tipped Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO), 3-2, in a non-league bout.
The Lancers now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Air Academy for a 4A North bout on Monday, January 17. Liberty will face a Kadets squad coming off a 9-0 league loss to Kent Denver (Englewood, CO). The Kadets record now stands at 0-10.
