California High School Basketball - Orange Lutheran overwhelms Aliso Niguel
January 14, 2023: Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Orange Lutheran Lancers (Orange, CA) and the host Aliso Niguel Wolverines (Aliso Viejo, CA), saw Orange Lutheran's basketball squad wallop Aliso Niguel by a tally of 66-32.
With the victory, Orange Lutheran improves its record to 15-5 on the campaign. The Lancers host St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA) to play the Swordsmen in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 16. The Swordsmen come into the challenge with a record of 14-7. St. Paul won 53-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Sonora (La Habra, CA)
Next up, the Wolverines play the Tesoro Titans (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) in a South Coast challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Aliso Niguel will attempt to improve on its 5-14 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 15-7 record after their 61-48 league win over Trabuco Hills (Mission Viejo, CA).
