California High School Basketball - Windsor tops Sonoma Valley
January 14, 2023: Sonoma, CA 95476 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Windsor Jaguars (Windsor, CA) and the host Sonoma Valley Dragons (Sonoma, CA), saw Windsor's basketball squad knock off Sonoma Valley by a count of 54-45.
With the victory, Windsor upgrades its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, CA) to play the Panthers in a challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 1-8. Santa Rosa lost 61-19 in their recent league challenge against Rancho Cotate (Rohnert Park, CA)
Next up, the Dragons play the Justin-Siena Braves (Napa, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, January 19. Sonoma Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Braves come into the challenge with a 14-1 record after their 41-18 league win over Casa Grande (Petaluma, CA).
