Western Panthers (Russiaville, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Taylor Titans (Kokomo, IN), 64-62 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Western upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Maconaquah (Bunker Hill, IN) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Friday, January 21. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Maconaquah won 57-49 in their recent non-league bout against Western (Russiaville, IN)

Next up, the Titans play the Lewis Cass Kings (Walton, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 22. Taylor will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record.
