Montana High School Basketball - White Sulphur Springs nudges West Yellowstone
January 16, 2021: White Sulphur Springs, MT 59645 White Sulphur Springs Hornets (White Sulphur Springs, MT) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting West Yellowstone Wolverines (Yellowstone, MT), 44-41 in a league bout.
With the win, White Sulphur Springs upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Hornets host Sheridan (Sheridan, MT) to clash with the Panthers in a C District 12 bout on Saturday, February 6. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Sheridan lost 64-42 in their recent league bout against Ennis (Ennis, MT)
Next up, the Wolverines clash with the Shields Valley Rebels (Clyde Park, MT) in a C District 12 bout, on Tuesday, January 19. West Yellowstone will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 74-39 league win over White Sulphur Springs (White Sulphur Springs, MT).
