The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the High Plains Storm (Polk, NE) and the host Nebraska Lutheran Knights (Waco, NE), observed High Plains's basketball team overcome Nebraska Lutheran by a score of 50-41.

The Storm (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Heartland (Henderson, NE). The Huskies come into the non-league challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Heartland dropped by Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE), 63-28, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Shelby-Rising City Huskies (Shelby, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 18.
