Michigan High School Basketball - Yale holds off Almont
January 17, 2023: Yale, MI 48097 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Yale Bulldogs (Yale, MI) and the visiting Almont Raiders (Almont, MI), saw Yale's basketball squad hold off Almont by a tally of 38-32.
With the victory, Yale improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Armada (Armada, MI) to confront the Tigers in a Blue Water Area challenge on Friday, January 20. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 8-4. Armada won 46-30 in their recent league challenge against Richmond (Richmond, MI)
Next up, the Raiders confront the Algonac Muskrats (Algonac, MI) in a Blue Water Area challenge, on Thursday, January 19. Almont will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Muskrats come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 47-19 league loss to Imlay City (Imlay City, MI).
