Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Randolph Southern Rebels (Lynn, IN) and the visiting Blue River Valley Vikings (Mt. Summit, IN), saw Randolph Southern's basketball squad hold off Blue River Valley by a tally of 48-44.

With the victory, Randolph Southern improves its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Rebels host Winchester Community (Winchester, IN) to confront the Golden Falcons in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 19. The Golden Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 15-6. Winchester Community won 63-20 in their recent league challenge against Centerville (Centerville, IN)

Next up, the Vikings confront the Northeastern Knights (Fountain City, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 21. Blue River Valley will attempt to improve on its 14-6 season record.
