January 17, 2023: San Angelo, TX 76901 In Tuesday's league outing, the Coahoma Bulldogs (Coahoma, TX) basketball squad bounced the host Grape Creek Eagles (San Angelo, TX), by a tally of 47-25.
With the victory, Coahoma improves its record to 9-14 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Clyde (Clyde, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a 3A Region I District 6 challenge on Friday, January 20. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 13-14. Clyde won 62-61 in their recent league challenge against Ballinger (Ballinger, TX)
Next up, the Eagles play the Merkel Badgers (Merkel, TX) in a 3A Region I District 6 challenge, on Friday, January 20. Grape Creek will attempt to improve on its 3-17 season record. The Badgers come into the challenge with a 18-7 record after their 39-36 league loss to Wall (Wall, TX).
