The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Lakeview Charter Lions (Sylmar, CA) and the host Triumph Charter Jaguars (Sylmar, CA), observed Lakeview Charter's basketball team knock off Triumph Charter by a score of 39-23.

The Lions (8-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Community Charter (Lakeview Terrace, CA). The Titans come into the North Valley bout with a 4-5 record.

With the loss, Triumph Charter falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Valley Oaks CES (Sun Valley, CA) to play the Vanguards in a North Valley bout on Wednesday, January 22. The Vanguards go into the bout with a record of 0-4.
