The Bloomington South Panthers basketball squad (Bloomington, IN), was nudged 65-61 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Evansville Central Bears (Evansville, IN)

With the victory, Evansville Central improves its record to 13-9 on the season. The Bears travel to Evansville Mater Dei (Evansville, IN) to battle the Wildcats in a Southern Indiana challenge on Thursday, January 22. The Wildcats enter the battle with a record of 15-4.
