Morgan Park Mustangs (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Yorkville Christian Mustangs (Yorkville, IL), 78-57 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Morgan Park upgrades its record to 12-6 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Niles Notre Dame (Niles, IL) to play the Dons in a non-league bout on Monday, January 20. The Dons go into the bout with a record of 19-2. Niles Notre Dame won 66-47 in their recent league bout against Marist (Chicago, IL)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Glenbard West Hilltoppers (Glen Ellyn, IL) in a non-league match, on Monday, January 20. Yorkville Christian will attempt to better on its 12-7 season record. The Hilltoppers enter the match with a 12-4 record after their 54-28 league loss to Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL).
