Indiana High School Basketball - Tri-Central falls to Alexandria-Monroe

In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Alexandria-Monroe Tigers basketball team scored a good 58-40 triumph over the Tri-Central Trojans.

In their next game, the Tigers meet the Mississinewa Indians (Gas City, IN) in a Central Indiana match, on Wednesday, January 19. Alexandria-Monroe will attempt to better on its 12-5 season record. The Indians enter the match with a 6-13 record after their 60-38 league loss to Blackford (Hartford City, IN).

With the defeat, Tri-Central moves to 8-11 on the year. The Trojans host Carroll (Flora, IN) to meet the Cougars in a Hoosier Heartland match on Friday, January 21.
