The Penncrest Lions basketball team (Media, PA), was nudged 63-57 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Lower Merion Aces (Ardmore, PA)

The Aces now sport a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 21. Lower Merion will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 67-42 league win over Henderson (West Chester, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 13-4.

Next up, the Lions clash with the Upper Darby Royals (Drexel Hill, PA) in a Central bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Penncrest will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Royals go into the bout with a 10-5 record after their 63-55 non-league loss to Boyertown (Boyertown, PA).
