Arizona High School Basketball - Shadow Ridge overwhelms Northland Prep Academy

The Shadow Ridge Stallions basketball team scored 40 points and limited the host Northland Prep Academy Spartans to 10 in the Stallions non-league triumph on Friday.

Next, the Stallions clash with the Highland Prep West HORNETS (Avondale, AZ) in a non-league outing, on Friday, January 2. Shadow Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record. The HORNETS enter the outing with a 0-5 record after their 25-19 non-league loss to Gilbert Classical Academy (Gilbert, AZ).

The Spartans (0-5) will now prepare for their outing against Pinon (Pinon, AZ). The Eagles go into the 2A North game with a 9-3 record. In their last game, Pinon triumphed over Hozho Academy (Gallup, NM), 50-39, in a non-league game.
