The Hillsboro Hiltoppers (Hillsboro, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Mattoon Greenwave (Mattoon, IL), 49-20 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Hiltoppers now possess a 15-6 record. They play next when they travel to Wesclin for a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 22. Hillsboro will play a Warriors team coming off a 42-26 non-league win over DuQuoin (DuQuoin, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 14-8.
