Plant Panthers (Tampa, FL) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Newsome Wolves (Lithia, FL), 41-37 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Plant upgrades its record to 11-9 on the year. The Panthers travel to Clearwater (Clearwater, FL) to face the Tornadoes in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 21. The Tornadoes enter the match with a record of 13-7. Clearwater won 55-35 in their recent non-league contest against Robinson (Tampa, FL)
