January 21, 2023: New Lenox, IL 60451 Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad smash the visiting Chicago Vocational Cavaliers (Chicago, IL), 53-27 in a non-league game.
In their next game, the Knights face the Stagg Chargers (Palos Hills, IL) in a SouthWest Suburban - Red game, on Tuesday, January 24. Lincoln-Way Central will attempt to move on its 7-13 season record. The Chargers enter the game with a 10-11 record after their 59-52 league loss to Andrew (Tinley Park, IL).
With the defeat, Chicago Vocational moves to 2-13 on the year. The Cavaliers host South Shore International (Chicago, IL) to face the Tars in a Chicago Public - White South game on Tuesday, January 24. The Tars enter the game with a record of 6-13.
